Rude behavior. Was abusive to my front desk clerk. Then went after my shop manager. Asked him to leave the premises. I have been in business 14 years. Stated he was a retired Colonel. Had to inform him I was a retired NCO and didn't accept his behavior in my shop. Sorry this had to happen. Tried to be helpful. I don't let customers abuse my employees.
