Would most likely give this company a negative if I could. Our sales rep upsold us on a voice system we didn't really need. Tech support was useless and always passed the blame on someone else. Multiple dropped calls, static calls, echos, not being able to call in or out. Good luck calling in for any support or account questions because they will not get answered. They will also charge you for services even after your contract with them is over. Terrible company. Would not recommend to anyone.
All good reviews from 5 years ago. I was over sold on equipment then when hardware failed we were charged for their site visit. Then they sent a tech out a month after the issues - we didn't call - they just sent him and charged me $170 for nothing as there was nothing wrong. Money grabbing!
