UNPLEASANT AND UNPROFESSIONAL - there are many other transportation companies in Aspen, go with someone else!!!! Steve was incredibly unpleasant and unprofessional to work with. After we rented two busses for the afternoon of our wedding, we went 36 minutes over what we were quoted and were charged a whopping $800 extra - 36% more for 15% more time. Thank you so much to CTS for taking care of our transportation needs for my daughters wedding. Everything was timely and professional, bringing the wedding party to the Aspen Chapel, then getting guests on location and returned back to the hotel and Rooftop Cafe' at the Aspen Art Museum. Brian, Steve and driver Bob were quite helpful and the Bride and Groom were very grateful for our wedding success!!! Thanks again to all the CTS crew!!!
