Just brought two trucks off these peanuts now it's on the back of a tow truck just after 4 days
Today I had dealings with Andy from CTR Trucks and found him to be incredibly helpful and easy to deal with. I rate these guys very highly and hope to deal with them again.
Been a year since i bought this beauty from Andy at CTR TRUCK sales and she has not let me down! Customer service is top notch and it was a pleasure to deal with Andy. And yes, these guys do not have an attitude problem like some of the other dealers have. Would definately use their services again in the future if need be!
I don't often give reviews, but in this case, it is justified. If you don't have to deal with them, don't. Recent truck purchase highlighted how little care was given. Poor communication, missed deadline (3 weeks to get truck ready), not detailed properly or polished, poor handover process, horrible customer service and many, many more things. Will not be returning to buy another truck.
