I contacted CTR for an annual maintenance check on my HVAC system. They showed up on time and took care of business quickly and with no issues. They were both polite and informed me that my system was good to go (I apologise for not remembering their names). I was also informed that my system wasn't properly wired as my system had 3 heating elements, and only two were connected. I had to have an electrician install a 30amp circuit breaker and redirect the wires so that the third element would work. CTR saved me from having a... read more

Always timely, communicative and one less thing I have to worry about in my home. I had an emergency after hours need and got quick service to solve some AC leakage. I’d give them 6 stars if I could!
