This is the first review I have givin for a business but I feel it is waranted! I have been using Certec for a few years for oil changes and minor car care needs. But when my wifes Ford Escape' s Transmission started to act up I brought it to certec to see what was going on. The diagnosed the car that it needed new transmission. I just moved to Kannapolis. I was living in a college town and all of the auto shops there were notorious for ridiculously high prices and sub-par service (most likely because college kids don't know any better, I didn't when I was young). They were so bad, I actually started taking about a 45 minute trip when I needed anything done, oil changes to transmission work. I wouldn't trust my auto repair with ANYONE else! Very honest; Repairs done in timely manner, and everyone there is very friendly.
This new shop is a refreshing change! They treated me as a female with respect and I felt they were honest and took care of me! Highly recommend!
