Two things I want to note, right up front: First, I don’t reflexively rate anything a full five-stars (the all/nothing habit some folks have with reviews is unproductive); Second, I have historically had a lot of trust issues with mechanics. These fellas are friendly, capable, fast, service-oriented, and most crucially, honest. The first time I stopped in, I was looking for a shop to do some custom exhaust work on my truck. The friendly and helpful staff informed me that they did not perform that type of work. But, suggested a shop in the area they work with. Provided me with the contact information and address of their business. The shop they sent me to was exactly what I was looking for. I had a fantastic experience buying a car at CTR. I had never bought from a dealer before, only direct, and I was nervous it would be everything you always hear. Instead Beecher and Nick were super chill, very open, no pressure. I needed a van because of growing family and they both had kids and gave input about how they felt about it as a family vehicle. Paid for alignment on Camaro. Was told there was additional problems with car and they could not complete alignment because of those issues. Wanted over $1000 to fix. Took to another place and alignment was completed successfully. After this I went back and asked for a refund of the original alignment fee. I was told they did not know how to refund to original payment method of credit card and they would mail me a check. 6 months+ later and I have no check.
