Called Friday regarding a roof repair and spoke with someone from the company, emphasizing that I needed the work completed before Tuesday. I was assured the job would be handled by Saturday. I’ve been very pleased with CTL. My property had severe fire damage and they went in with no electricity, no water, and turned the whole place around. One of the hardest things in the world is to find someone you can trust that is a professional. JP is one of the people you can trust. I called him to check on my roof, to prepare for any damages and get any issues fixed before hurricane season. He climbed up, looked at it. Took some pics and said he thinks it looks good. Exceptional service, work and communication!! I had a roof leak from my dryer vent that wasn’t sealed well. Called CTL on a Friday and Megan put in an order for someone to come take a look, but informed me it may not be until Monday. That day was a rainy day and I noticed that the water bubble in my laundry wall was holding water. Called Megan again and let her know I wouldn’t be able to wait until Monday.
