Do not, do not trust the office. I have been renting at Creekside Village 5 yrs. due to proximity of Doctors and Hospitals. The property and management decline every year.

Your better off taking all your savings into a fire pit and living at a gas station. Front desk people are nice but… Maintenance is terrible, takes a century to get anything done. Pay a lot of money in rent I’d at least like to get my dryer fixed when I ask the first time and not need to make 4 different work orders just to get it replaced. Make a million stops at a laundromat because they won’t come and fix my stuff let alone pick up the dang phone. The entire property isn’t well managed, it’s dirty, not well kept.
