I walked into one of their apartments and I was treated so horribly. Everyone in the office is racist and if you’re not black they don’t want you to rent from them. They treated me horribly when I asked about on of the apartments. Implying I didn’t belong and that I didn’t make enough to rent from them. Terrible rental company will be writing a review on the apartment complex to.
Me and my husband just walked in to one of their apartments to inquire about an apartment that is being leased in a few weeks and as soon as we walked in we just felt uncomfortable. I lived in riverwood apartments in Kent. I liked the environment the management team was awesome. They handled all the issues i had with efficiency. It was an awesome team at riverwood apartment.
Great place to live and management is excellent!
