Does not return phone calls. New management at apartments are not like the old managers . They screen the calls before allowing you to speak with a property manager. Then the leasing agent will place you on hold and repeat what you wanted to say to the property manager and she will decide if she wants to take the call or not. Since Charles David left Woodbridge the new management has been horrible.

Terrible value extractors. Should have known before signing a lease with CTL management. Will not delete unless reasonable accommodations are made in relation to Stanford heights/stoneridge APTs.
