My experience in court was deeply disappointing. Mr. Takhsh was completely unprepared for the proceeding. He arrived nearly an hour late, and the confusion started immediately when he seemed unsure about the form I needed to complete to get into court. After a recent interaction with Jonathan, I've revised my review and lowered my rating from two stars to one. I believe that I have an obligation to warn the community about this lawyer. I asked Jonathan to address three aspects of my case: (1) The case for breach of contract. (2) The case for fraud. (3) The enforceability of the limit of liability.
