Was having so much trouble booking a flight within Europe, and in exasperation and desperation, thought of using a travel agent, which I hadn't done in many years. The one with which I was familiar didn't open for two more hours. My next choice was a busy signal (who even HAS busy signals anymore?) My third selection was CTI Travel.
