CTC is awesome. Casey’s always friendly, doesn’t try to upsell you for no reason, and is always honest. He and his crew replaced our furnace, hot water heater, and conducted other maintenance on our system over the years and I’ve always been very impressed and grateful for his timeliness, competence, and professionalism. His prices are more than reasonable, and he doesn’t try to nickel and dime you for every little thing. I whole heartedly recommend CTC for any HVAC needs!
Pleasant staff and quick response to residence. Technician was knowledgeable and polite. A+ Apr 26 Update: Needed to check a 13 YO 5ton compressor this time that was a little out of my expertise. Fast same day service when possible, always really friendly, and provides current and accurate information on systems, maintenance and options. Customer Satisfaction is always a focus of CTC and it is greatly appreciated. Casey is great. Another A+ for CTC! Absolutely my go-to now for NOVA HVAC service.

CTC does quality work every time! You don’t need anyone else for your heating and AC needs. They are very knowledgeable and responsive. They replaced my propane furnace with ease and efficiency. I’ve had zero problems and it’s been two years since it was replaced. They even came back out to look at something to ease my nerves even though nothing was wrong (at no cost).
