Frank and Kevin were VERY helpful throughout my entire process of shopping for rings. Kevin was the main one helping us but i told him we were shopping around and going to check out multiple jewelers and they were still going out of their way to help us! Working with Kevin, Frank and Emily has been a pleasure. My daughter and I started there to have a gold nameplate done. They did a wonderful job and were able to have it finished quickly before she flew back east to school. She loved it and they went the extra mile to add separate links to the chain so she is able to adjust the length depending on where she wanted it to land. I have visited Kevin and team at CTC multiple times for my rings. Kevin has always provided great customer service! He is so patient and takes the time to explain anything you have questions about. Never felt pressured you to make a decision. My fiancé had a bad experience at another shop which led him to CTC! Couldn’t be more pleased!
