I just called to inquire about opening an account. Christy was very nice, very gentle, and explained everything to me in great detail. She was very patient and professional in her responses. A very nice bank! Thank you! 😊👍💖
When I called with the interest of opening up a new account with them, they asked me why I chose them, and proceeded to say that they don’t want to waste my time and suggested that I should use another bank for my service. That is the oddest interaction I’ve ever had. Maybe they didn’t want to deal with me was because I didn’t speak Chinese?
