When I called with the interest of opening up a new account with them, they asked me why I chose them, and proceeded to say that they don’t want to waste my time and suggested that I should use another bank for my service. That is the oddest interaction I’ve ever had. Maybe they didn’t want to deal with me was because I didn’t speak Chinese?
