Chris was amazing from start to finish. He was very professional and attentive to all of my on boarding needs.
This is the absolute best apartment that I have ever stayed in so far. First, I’d like to mention that Christopher Thomas was such a professional leasing manager with the best customer service. He was always available to answer my questions and concerns. He also, showed careful consideration towards my autistic children when I was inquiring about the units. Rico (my tour guide) was very personable and accommodating. He answered all my questions .
When they no longer wanted to handle my lease they had their lawyer contact me and said my matter was resolved, then 3 months later i get a collections notice in the mail stating i owe 2000.00 run away! I actually got in contact with the Ceo of RPM and he also was not helpful. They carry an attitude of it's not their problem. These units are not taken care of, management is not handling their business. Leaky faucets, roaches, paint not fixed, blinds and windows broken and falling in. No repairs being made. After I had that horrible experience with take5 and their junky carwash incollierville. A few days later I used a newer carwash called CLUB CARWASH. I ll tell you now that the service I received was inpecable!! This carwash was so good it even cleaned the crevices in the tires and rims on my car. I was so impressed! No joke. It was impresive!! Best car wash EVER!!
