Dr. Maltz did a filling for my son Ricky today (07-30-25) and the whole appointment was amazingly stressless. The last dentist we went to did not successfully done the filling since he was too focus on completing the job but made my son uncomfortable. Dr. Maltz was different, he was so patient, took his time, gave my son breaks to talk and calmed him during the whole process. We been thru three dentists and so far Dr. Maltz is the best. This review is specific to both front desk personal today 5/23/25. We were asked to leave and reschedule because we passed the waiting period for 2 minutes. My son is a non-verbal 11 year old and skipped school to make it to this appointment. Both front desk were very confident to tell us to leave without reconsidering the situation. The facility is a pediatric clinic wherein I believe would be a little considerate and naturally nice to their customers in front of their kids.
