When you fix an appointment you stick to it. Waiting 5-10 min is understandable. You can't make the customer wait for 20 min and still ask for 5-10 min more to get started especially on a weekday evening when I have other things to get back to.

Called around lunchtime to see if they did walk ins and was told they were busy come in at 4 after explaining what i wanted. Walked in 5 minutes prior to 4 and upon walking in was greeted with the worse and rude staff I've ever come across. My husband walked in and sat down first and was stared at, i walked in 45 seconds later noticing he was looking at me blank and got one irritated look from a worker doing a pedicure and silence. My finger got injured ! it’s bleeding ! I didn’t like their service not welcoming behavior at all worst experience I ever had.

I don’t think 2 of their nail technicians are very experienced because we went here twice and my daughter’s finger was injured. Last time my finger was bleeding bad too. I will not go back and I was charged for $65 on acrylic and just removing my daughter’s fake nails. I’m a filing a complaint to the better business bureau and the state to check if they are certified to work on nails.
