My family and I have visited CT Nails for 5+ years for mani pedis. The CT team is so kind, never rushes, and takes meticulous care on our nails. In particular, they provide diligent care for my mother's foot care and every time remember her special requests. If you're looking for very personable services, I highly recommend them!

I had the pleasure of visiting Hang at CT Nails while in the Bay Area with my cousin, a loyal client for over 11 years and it absolutely lived up to the reputation. The environment is clean, welcoming, and truly relaxing. The team is attentive, gentle, and highly detail oriented. Nothing felt rushed, every step was thoughtful and intentional. It’s rare to find a place that combines quality, care, and fair pricing so well. Highly recommend!

When you fix an appointment you stick to it. Waiting 5-10 min is understandable. You can't make the customer wait for 20 min and still ask for 5-10 min more to get started especially on a weekday evening when I have other things to get back to.

Called around lunchtime to see if they did walk ins and was told they were busy come in at 4 after explaining what i wanted. Walked in 5 minutes prior to 4 and upon walking in was greeted with the worse and rude staff I've ever come across. My husband walked in and sat down first and was stared at, i walked in 45 seconds later noticing he was looking at me blank and got one irritated look from a worker doing a pedicure and silence.
