I expected my nails to look exactly like the first picture. Then I went back the next day to get my nails redone after being disappointed by the previous results. I ended up choosing an easier design to avoid farther disappointment and ended up with the last picture. Will not get my nails done here again unless I need an acrylic removal, that’s all.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this salon for a long time and have always loved it, but today was disappointing. I asked for a specific Pinterest design, and the technician, who is located at the farthest table near the sinks, used Google Translate to tell me they couldn’t replicate it. I always have an amazing experience at CT Nails thanks to Tracy. She does an incredible job every time I get my manicure and pedicure. Her nail designs are always beautiful, creative, and exactly what I’m looking for. Tracy is not only talented, but she’s also always smiling, friendly, and great to talk to, which makes the whole experience even better. I always leave feeling happy and satisfied with my nails. Highly recommend asking for her!
