everytime i came to ct nails it would overstimulate me how much they kept switching different employees to do my nails and sometimes they even leave me sitting at a chair for quite some time while i had unfinished nails on and they were rough on some parts of my nails and they charge for unnecessary fees like i had to pay almost 300$ for a set of regular nails and a pedicure like that’s ridiculous and absolutely crazy like i thought they were joking at first but i payed that amount and my nails never turn out as the picture ... read more
Came in for a pedicure with my gf and had such a great time. The staff was welcoming and the service was very relaxing. The store could probably use some renovations, but it's a nice visit after all.
I paid over $80 for a gel pedicure, and by the very next morning the gel polish had already started peeling completely off my toes. I’ve been getting gel pedicures for years and have never had this happen. I called the salon to explain the issue, and they initially told me they could fix it if I came back in. I let them know I was a few hours away and wouldn’t be able to return anytime soon. I'm not a nail type of person but this is the worst one. Went got a pedicure but had my skin cut a couple times. Also was planning to get my nails painted but instead ended up with acrylic and they didn't really let me decide what I wanted but proceeded with gluing the nails on my fingers and also had glue on my finger tips! I am not happy with the air bubbles in the acrylic either! Never again going back. 🙄 such a terrible place and terrible service!!
Nina and her team are incredible! Quality nails and soooo speedy ! Ive never had a bad set of nails there and we drive an hour to see them.
