I had probably one of the worse circumstances anyone could face during the approval process for a first time home buyer. Cara and Melissa never gave up on my wife and I and pushed the loan company to hold fast on their offer and pushed everything through! Couldn't ask for a better team. We have been in our home now for almost two years and only have 13 years left due to the program they suggested through our lender!
