I ordered Mother’s Day flowers from flowers.com, this company was chosen to create my bouquet. When I placed the order, I was informed that the original bouquet I had in mind was out of stock. Despite this, I decided to proceed with the purchase, hoping for the same quality as my original selection. However, what my mom received was a terrible arrangement.
