Had an appointment scheduled with a 3 hour time frame from 4-7 and no one ever showed up or called. We called back at 7 to see what the deal was and never got a call back or explanation very unreliable
This “company” is a scam. Don’t fall for it. We called when we had an emergent furnace need. Oddly they said it would only be $125 for them to come out and this fee would be waived if service was performed after the quick diagnosis. I agreed and the man, with a thick Indian accent, said there was a technician available and would call prior to coming out later in the evening.
