This company is the worst company i’ve ever worked for. They hired me as a recertification specialist. They were four years backlogged and then terminated me after 6 months because they weren’t caught up. I was given no training. I had to answer phones and take work orders while trying to catch their backlogged files up. CT managed the building I live in for almost 3 years now….so I know them very well. They are by far the worst building management company I’ve ever had to deal with. They regularly tell tenants to “Put on your HUD HAT” 😳 ….intending to minimize us to just another affordable housing tenant. They also regularly ignore emails and calls from tenants. I’ve live in a property under the management of the CTgroup for the past ten years and the new resident manager has made living here hell. Mrs.D.McDowell is very unprofessional un friendly and un helpful and I’m willing to perform her job duties or go above and beyond. I don’t understand why or how she got hired?
