As a broker Omar was communicative, clear and honest! He was incredibly helpful in finding my first apartment in NY. It is evident that Omar is apart of the community and truly understands the needs of both the landlords and tenants he represents. He was accommodating of our must haves, budget and location wants. Omar is hands down the best agent I’ve worked with in my 9 years (and countless apartment searches!) in New York. He was prompt & transparent about what was available / possible / doable for me and followed up even after I signed my lease to make sure I was all set for my move.
