I am a small business owner, i don't understand how people can stay in business with poor service, the worst communications. my riding mower came back broke the first time so they took it brought it back still broke. i have been waiting well over a month for him to pick it back up and never did. got his money and ran with it. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF.

poor quality, takes forever and caused damage to my motor.
They picked up my Cub Cadet that would not run right, had it to another shop in jarrettsville and they made it worst. Cool Tech called me with the repair cost and I am glad I found them. $97.20 and my cub cadet runs like new. they also gave me some operating & maintenance tips to help me save money. They were very nice to deal with, provided a prompt delivery, and did an awesome job. Thanks guys.
I brought in my newly purchased generator, as it had a small leak (covered under warranty). They had it for over a month and said it should be fixed, though they did not find anything wrong with it. Now it has a worse leak. They have not returned several calls. I want my money back!!!
