I closed a company and notified CT Corporation more than 2 years ago. They said they would take care of it in their system. Guess what didn't happen. I've sent my dissolution documents probably 6-7 times. Not only do they respond a month later, but they make call repeatedly even though I've told them I've sent proof of dissolution several times. I can't tell you how many calls I've made, emails sent and they are HORRIFIC. RUN! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you like to be stalked. Seriously worst service ever.
