So Corey Williams and Tierra Moody are here in TN now. The company name has changed from C& T Construction in WA to Primo Builders LLC in Dandridge TN He lives. In Morristown TN and his company address is in the Dandridge TN area which is an empty lot he purchased. The company is not associated with his name just Tierra Moody.
