I have 2 regrets in life One is hiring this guy to do my basement. One of meny thing was he took my payment then refused to return unless I agreed to pay for work he didn't do. He broke contract on several things. Not do worke in contract then when I called him on it he quit with out finishing, pulled permits that I payed for and refused to pay electrician for worke he did if he finished there worke with me.
