Jalen came out to clean our carpets, area rugs, and dryer vent. He was professional, courteous, and very respectful from start to finish. He explained the carpet cleaning process clearly and made us feel confident that everything would be handled with care. One of our bedrooms had a strong pet urine stain and odor that we had tried to remove several times on our own without success. Jalen pre-treated that problem area and also applied a pet odor and stain treatment to the rest of the carpet and rug surfaces to help with dee... read more
Before scheduling my carpet cleaning and upholstery service in San Francisco, I compared a few quotes from other local cleaners, and this one was easily the best value. Setting up the appointment by phone was quick and simple, and the office staff was very helpful and professional. Ruben arrived right on time, was polite and respectful, and explained the cleaning process clearly. The deep cleaning on my loveseat came out amazing, and the fabric looks fresh, bright, and almost brand new again. The whole experience felt smooth... read more
I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. They went above and beyond my expectations with every part of the carpet cleaning service. I had several large area rugs and carpets with strong dog odors and heavy stains, and they were able to come to my home in San Francisco in less than a day. After the deep cleaning, everything looked fresh, smelled clean, and felt almost like new again. Cesar was very helpful and took the time to explain what we had been doing wrong with some of the cleaning products we used before. He shared simp... read more

Unlike many carpet cleaning services that will not help move furniture, he was willing to assist with moving a couch and other heavy pieces so the carpet could be cleaned properly underneath. He did a very thorough carpet cleaning job, paid attention to the details, and made sure each room looked fresh and well cared for. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and profes... read more
Jordan was wonderful. After a water leak in our home, we were advised to have a carpet cleaning and water mitigation company check for hidden moisture and possible mold around the drywall, studs, and nearby carpeted areas. Another company kept changing the appointment, so we decided to call for help based on a neighbor’s recommendation. Jordan arrived on time, took moisture readings in the wall framing and drywall, and carefully checked the affected areas. He was efficient, professional, and easy to work with. I would highly... read more
