Awful experience. dropped my car off for a full detail, left with chrome paint on my steering wheel logo missing, and a radio that didn't work properly for 7 days due to water damage. The worst part was the lack of customer service. I had to call/message and stop in multiple times just to get an response. After initially admitting that the radio issue has happened before multiple times, and cleared up after a day or 2, I was then told that they are certain it was a pre existing issue, and nothing they were going to do about ... read more

Jeremy our manager Tom responded to you the same day it was brought to our attention your radio wasn’t working properly. He explained that it would take some time for any moisture to completely dry out of the equipment, however with older cars such as yours the possibility of a preexisting problem is always a likely possibility. Disturbed and worried. stopped at this car wash since I knew I could pay with out contact. A young employee approached my vehicle with NO mask, it was around his neck and not covering his face. When I told him to back up he was rude. We also observed him approach the car behind us with out his mask on as well. This is reckless and he should be disappointed. If a company cant work for the safety of their patrons they should be closed.
Completely disgusted. And it’s not even the car wash that’s necessarily the problem, it’s the employees. Especially this one guy who always seems to be there whenever I go. Terrible attitude and takes no pride in his work. I am appalled at the way he would talk to a customer. I asked for his name and he didn’t give it. Got Tom’s business card instead. Called and texted and have yet to get a response. I just want to cancel my membership because I am very unsatisfied.
I used to enjoy this place until they started changing their membership without telling anyone. They say you can get unlimited car washes, and they still advertise like that however now you can only get one a day. I tried talking to one of the middle aged staff members about it but I was talked down to and and treated horribly by him, and he told me that it’s so people don’t abuse their unlimited memberships. Excellent service and attention to detail! The staff was curtious and polite. I highly recommend!
I really like this place buit it closes early way too often. Unacceptable...If you are going to close early all the time change your hours so I don't waste money on a membership.
