The management is extremely unprofessional and divisive. We had a couple of maintenance requests that both took months to be fixed for simple things. We had a letter written from a licensed therapist to allow for an emotional support animal, but since we had two animals (which is their limit per apartment) they would not allow the animal to live in the residence. I have been living at Chateau since 2009. I have changed apartments a couple of times because of health reason. CSW was and has always been accommodating in assisting me because of health problems and any other problem that came up. Whenever I called to report a maintenance problem, someone came out the same day or the next depending on the time of day. The management has no consideration for their tenants. I had surgery 6 weeks ago and was on a leave of absence my first night back at work i get off and go to sleep there's banging in the apartment downstairs when I called to see what was going on Josh says they are working down stairs and doesn't have to notify the tenants of working in another apartment . The thing is it's directly underneath mine and they literally woke me up . He knows I am a day time sleeper it's really un professional for them not to send out a letter ... read more
I’ve been living here for four months and absolutely love it. All the women in the office are so genuine and always a pleasure to communicate with. The apartment was sparkly clean when I moved in and the view out the window is so peaceful. The neighbors I met so far are also a pleasure. I especially want to thank Michelle for being so helpful to me when I was trying to move here from another state. Also Rhonda, Joyce and Patty are always super pleasant and helpful. It is my first time here and i know I'm gonnna love the place because It's a quiet place, neat with very spacious room and of course it is very much near from my working place in Lewisgale Medical Center.
