The management has no consideration for their tenants. I had surgery 6 weeks ago and was on a leave of absence my first night back at work i get off and go to sleep there's banging in the apartment downstairs when I called to see what was going on Josh says they are working down stairs and doesn't have to notify the tenants of working in another apartment . I’ve been living here for four months and absolutely love it. All the women in the office are so genuine and always a pleasure to communicate with. The apartment was sparkly clean when I moved in and the view out the window is so peaceful. The neighbors I met so far are also a pleasure. I especially want to thank Michelle for being so helpful to me when I was trying to move here from another state. Also Rhonda, Joyce and Patty are always super pleasant and helpful. It is my first time here and i know I'm gonnna love the place because It's a quiet place, neat with very spacious room and of course it is very much near from my working place in Lewisgale Medical Center.
Brandon Point, managed by CSW in Roanoke is a wonderful place to live! We just moved in and the managers are so responsive to requests for repairs and adjustments. The surrounding neighbors are friendly and helpful to two old ladies,which is so refreshing.
