I have been living at Chateau since 2009. I have changed apartments a couple of times because of health reason. CSW was and has always been accommodating in assisting me because of health problems and any other problem that came up. Whenever I called to report a maintenance problem, someone came out the same day or the next depending on the time of day. The management has no consideration for their tenants. I had surgery 6 weeks ago and was on a leave of absence my first night back at work i get off and go to sleep there's banging in the apartment downstairs when I called to see what was going on Josh says they are working down stairs and doesn't have to notify the tenants of working in another apartment . I’ve been living here for four months and absolutely love it. All the women in the office are so genuine and always a pleasure to communicate with. The apartment was sparkly clean when I moved in and the view out the window is so peaceful. The neighbors I met so far are also a pleasure. I especially want to thank Michelle for being so helpful to me when I was trying to move here from another state. Also Rhonda, Joyce and Patty are always super pleasant and helpful. It is my first time here and i know I'm gonnna love the place because It's a quiet place, neat with very spacious room and of course it is very much near from my working place in Lewisgale Medical Center.
