The medical procedure itsel was great. The office and billing team might be the most incompetant group of people I have ever had to deal with. Seriously. Due to a billing error that was completely the fault of CSUA were were double billed for roughly $750. We paid the first time using our HSA but were told the payment did not go through. In good faith we paid with personal funds and sought remedy with the HSA bank. In short after 6 months of back and forth it was finally determined that CSUA did indeed double bill us. Professional, friendly, great experience. I had an appointment on referral from my primary. Lots of questions answered. All staff went out of their way to make me feel listened to and validated. Stephanie in scheduling: You Rock !! Thanks Dr Bong, you will never know how much you helped in answering questions and giving me direction. Receptionists were great.
PA Abbot is the worst doctor I have ever seen! She is dismissive and doesn’t care about the patient at all. She does not know how to listen and should be in a field that involves little contact with people. If you enjoy being treated like you don’t matter, then go here....or at least avoid her!

Dr Bong super nice and very detailed on what to expect.
He cares about his patients and does everything he can to help. He has a lot of knowledge about even areas outside his specialty. I have recommended him to many family members. Both my husband and I have seen him and he was wonderful.
