I'm very disappointed that service expectations are so low. Raise the standards, people! I guess I grew up with stellar service, and coming here, the standards feel incredibly lacking. Almost all Medical (Conglomerates and monopolies), understaffed here and people either wait in office after the appointment or on the phone, or can never reach anyone direct. Was expecting better than outside Colorado since this area has a large amount of retires and many in medical field looking for work. Regardless.. Terrible. CSUA is terrib... read more
Dr McBride listens and offers solutions.
Dr. McBride is a very kind and highly skilled doctor. He always provides ample time for the patient to express concerns and he listens very attentively. Afterwards he is always very clear on the path forward that he recommends. He is a five star provider.
Dr Lowrey did what I wished all doctors did. He walked in, sat down, and listened. He asked great questions, but most importantly he wanted to hear what I had to say. We came up with a great treatment plan, and I would highly recommend Dr Lowrey and his practice.
