Eco Carpet Clean of Waltham did a decent job at a high price. CST is what? An agency? Broker? I thought I was supporting a local business.
I called to schedule a free estimate for several area rugs and two loveseats. A team arrived when scheduled and spent about 10 minutes at my home leading up to an estimate. I was not prepared for any work to be done today and told them so. The response was "then that will be $99". I asked, "For what?". The reply, "for my time". I said no, I asked for a free estimate.
