Been trying to get in contact with someone from css because i have a leak that has formed in my bathroom they installed new roof. Ive called no answer. Ive even went by their office at 4 and it was closed. Left message no return. Guess next step is lawyer and better business bureau complaint. This is bullcrap when this company takes your money and the costumers gets treated like this.
Lied to from the very beginning. "We will start when we get your first insurance check." Approximately three weeks later, still no contact and when contact was made, was informed they needed more money and refused to schedule. It had been discussed that after the insurance check, the rest would be a cash payout for the remainder. Was told there was no paperwork with that agreement.
