The ability to take a 20% deposit, and not complete any projects is disgraceful. This company took $2400 from me and never did the work. This company never returns your calls and the only time you will see them is when it’s time to pay. CSS Renovations is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Waited over a year from the time contract signed to start any work after I had to call and complain numerous time. Only completed 90% of one project listed on the agreed contracted projects. Sammy and Gary gave us an estimate and went above and beyond to make sure our project was completed timely and to our satisfaction. Great Company who stands behind their work!!
I'm giving this company a '3' for two reasons - I'll be clear they haven't done any work for me. 1. Their rough estimate was over 3x more than the next nearest (multiple estimates from reputable companies in the area) 2. They did not demonstrate even basic knowledge of the structural composition of my house, which was critical to the project. That alone was enough to make me look elsewhere.
I recommend CSS to everyone I know! They have done several jobs for me in my house and outside in yard. Great guys
