Horrible experience. All around completely unprofessional. Even the managers. The installers were worse. Even disrespectful to my 84 year old grandfather and 73 year old uncle. They sold me a bent and dented fireplace at full retail. They knew I was in a time crunch especially since I had to reach out to the week after week trying to get an install date. We have had our fireplace for over a month and still can not get it rectified. We get tossed from person to person with great promises. We spent $2,000 and are ready to have them take it out and go over to Setzer’s to buy it.
I would like to Thank Ricky King for being one of the most polite workmen I have ever met. Plus he did his job and went beyond what he had came to fix . He also fixed another issue that someone would have had to come back to do. If all your employees are like this then you have a wonderful company. Thank you once again Ricky. I highly recommend.
If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would! From start to finish they made this job so easy and seamless! The gentlemen who came to work on it could not have been nicer and more skilled! So happy we picked CSS to do this project for us and we will definitely use them in the future!

My summer kitchen and screened in lani was just completed. The company had some salesman turnover during the bid process and there were some potential misunderstandings. The leadership of the company did not argue or try to get out of what was committed. Rather, they did the right thing and completed everything as expected. (Rare in my view). The work was awesome and we love the completed kitchen. I highly recommend these folks.
