Had a great experience! My two loved it! My big boy Jake is 130 lbs, and not a social pup. So I was very worried about what he would do. The young lady actually calmed me down, went outside with me and walked Jake in! She never got irritated or frustrated and talked to him (and my girl Sally) like they were besties!! Would highly recommend for anxious dogs (and owners!!). Great job!

Love them. I have used them with my first puppy and starting to use them with all my others. Everyone was so nice to my puppy who was so scared he piddled a litte. (It was cleaned quickly)
