CS&R, Shekeria and Amera responded immediately Xmas eve to our request for coverage for my mom who tested positive for COVID-19 while living in a memory community. They arranged for continued care 24/7 for 10 days to support her quarantining. The caregivers provided updates on how my mother was doing throughout the 10 days. Shekera has been an excellent, professional and efficient help to our family, as we care for my elderly father with severe medical history. She makes our COVID 19 physical distancing easier and less anxiety provoking. She’s been a great asset to our care taking team.

She gives same day or one day service, calls from the store to clarify out of stock items and quantities, doesn't start the billing for her time until she calls you from the store. Great service we have used her for weeks. My wife didn't want me to write this because she is afraid that if too many people find out how great she is, she will be too busy.
