Terrific service and fantastic staff. My brakes and tie rods started to fail just before our holiday. I dropped the van off at CSR and they called a few days later telling me it was all fixed. Terry keeps it all moving from from his control center up front. Quick, efficient and on time. It feels like home every time I go for any repairs. !!!!
Took my car there months ago for a safety inspection a wheel noise diagnosis. They quoted me over 3500 dollars and said the rotor was wrong. When it was inspected elsewhere the brake pad was not installed properly within the bracket and the tone ring which came bolted to the aftermarket hub it had installed was loose. It was a 0 dollar repair and the car passed safety with only 3 minor repairs. Other people I worked with had a similar experience so I know it's not a one off. I have been going to CSR Automotive for 13 years now. I cannot say enough good things about this shop. When my TCM went on an old car, not only did they prioritize fixing my car but filled my car with gas & detailed the interior of my car, something so thoughtful I will never forget. They provide a “report card” for all the aspects of your car whenever it is brought in for service, which is always an absolute treat to review, and incredibly user friendly. I had an ongoing issue with my car that was diagnosed by another shop as nothing serious. Turned out it was and I wasn’t able to drive it safely. Ryan and his team correctly diagnosed the problem and offered a couple of options to repair within my budget. Well done and Thank you!
