I have had nothing but the best and honest support from the CSR team. They provide you with pictures of their work done or the state of your vehicle. I look forward to my next visit to CSR as I will not be stressed about unnecessary recommendations that I received during the maintenance of my 2021 RAV4. CSR is great team/family.... Both from their technicians to their front desk.
Terry was very professional and prompt with all communication. Terry and his team helped me out of a jam on the morning of Christmas Eve when most other automotive places were shutting down for the holidays.

This has been my 3rd experience with CSR automotive. Terry and his team are always great to work with from the moment you drop off your vehicle to pick up. They also provide a shuttle service if required and they never commence working on your vehicle until you have received and accepted their quote. Always excellent customer service and satisfaction!
