The clinical staff are great - very friendly and they take the time to discuss treatment options and expectations with you. Office management is horrendous. Delays in sending prescriptions to a local pharmacy, responding to multiple insurance prior authorization requests, and now sending my prescriptions to my mail order pharmacy despite my requests and theirs have resulted in two hospitalizations, weeks of lost of work time, uncontrolled paralytic migraines, and nearing $10k in direct medical bills to manage the events.
