Directed to this place by my Intact claims agent; said it would hasten assessment of my claim. Someone drove fast into parking lot next to me and hit my door as I was getting out of my parked car. Not my fault but rules are both at fault in accident in a parking lot. I lost my $1K deductible. Intact Service Centre took 2 weeks to replace my L front Mercedes SUV door.
