I had a very disappointing experience dealing with Intact regarding repairs completed through their body shop. Before my vehicle went in for repairs, there were zero battery-related issues. While the staff are pleasant the service is horrible. One delay after another after another. No parts in stock so they all must be ordered. Parts for my vehicle arrived damaged.....twice! Delay after delay. Do not go there!!!!
