Good work but once they know they are getting your insurance money customer service goes to shit. Picked up my car and they didn't even come out to do a walk around with me to let me know what was done. Also did not get any idea when my car would be ready just worst case then suddenly ready to be picked up.
CSN staff are very professional and knowledgeable. Although my issue was comparatively small and dealt with efficiently, staff took the time to do the job right. Focus on detail and pride in work is important to me. Would highly recommend CSN for any autobody work.
My son was in a car accident and went to CSN Golden Triangle. Faz was the person who helped him, and I can’t say enough about the care he showed. My son was understandably shaken, and Faz took the time to comfort him and explain everything clearly. He was honest, transparent, and gave me helpful advice as a parent. They responded when they said they would and followed through on their word. I had never met Faz before, but after this experience, I would return to CSN Golden Triangle without hesitation. Highly recommend.
