I had fender bender as my car was rear ended. CSN did an amazing job. Not only did they fix all the scratches and dents, but a thorough clean of thr car was included. The work was professionally completed . All of the staff were courteous. The work was completed before the anticipated completed date .
Russ was extremely helpful in getting the right part because the dealership ordered wrong part which delayed getting my vehicle fixed but when the right part finally arrived, he put two men on it and cut the time in half. Extremely please with Russ and CSN on Pettit Rd
I've been here a few times. Last time the new hood and front fascia didn't line up. Nasty lady said "nothing we can do about it, that's the only way it goes together". I had to force her to get a tech to look at it. He said he could make it better. I will never use this place again. That woman was nasty and didn't want to be bothered.
