Negative stars if I could. I brought my Porsche in to have the bumper replaced with a new GT3 style bumper. They started the work and then gave me excuse after excuse as to why the work wasn't being completed. I had a very disappointing experience with CSN collisions head office regarding a paint/clearcoat issue from a previous repair. The clearcoat on my door has been peeling, which is clearly a workmanship issue. Instead of taking responsibility, they denied warranty coverage, claiming “delayed reporting,” even though this type of defect develops gradually over time and is not something a customer can reasonably detect early. My experience with them has been a 15-month saga of incompetence, safety violations, and a complete lack of corporate accountability.
