I have always s had great service here.
Absolutely fantastic team. There was a slight problem with my initial repair, a month later (sensor calibration issue). Problem diagnosed by another dealer. Bean took responsibility, apologized profusely, and even refunded the assessment fee I had paid the other dealer. Not once did I have to argue with them to fix the problem, at no charge, or reimburse me. Heather and her team are fantastic, friendly, and easy to deal with.

My insurance company directed me to Bean Body Shop for a damage assessment on my F150 and to schedule the necessary repairs. The damage wasn't extensive—just some body work on the rear right side, along with a damaged rear right tire and aluminum alloy wheel.
