Bean Autobody did an excellent job replacing the bumper on my car after an accident. They went above and beyond and detailed the car, a very pleasant surprise in March.
All around great experience @ beans. Stopped in no appointment to get a quote from a small fender bender. Quote was in my email in less than two hours. Accurate information to get my appointment in to have it replaced. Coordinated so that my vehicle could be repaired same day. Picked up after hours and the blend was great. Good as new 🫡
Truck repairs were done very nicely and truck was detailed inside and out. Looks like new! Only downside, the repairs took longer than promised and communication was only when I called.
Unfortunately I have had to deal with this business twice in a year on a new truck for relatively big repairs (over $30k in claims). Though I feel my truck is cursed, I have had a good experience with this repair shop. My last repair is not perfect, and I am that guy who will notice small details but I have no doubt they will rectify the small issues. The whole team has been very pleasant to deal with so thank you!
My car looks better than the day I bought it. Outstanding service.
