My son began seeing Cathy after she was recommended by a Crisis Counselor for the County to deal with some trauma he experienced. Cathy quickly gained my son's trust and he made a tremendous amount of progress with her help. He became a more relaxed, confident, person because of Cathy. She is truly the best.
The combination of rock solid, long-term experience, wisdom, insight and compassion Cathy brings to her work is a rare and wonderful thing. In my experience, she is an excellent listener. Her observations are always "spot on" and clearly show she "gets" whatever it is I'm telling her. She injects just the right amount of light heartedness into her wise comments, which helps make meeting with Cathy something I look forward to. I highly recommend Cathy's services.
