We chose these folks because we heard good things about them: they were reasonably priced, they did good work, and they are union! And I can say after they installed a new furnace, all 3 points are spot on, these folks ROCK! I highly recommend them!
We had nothing but great experiences with them. I got a full replacement after the flood of 2020. Love my new furnace and ducting. Now had them fix my mom after the low income people came and said theirs nothing wrong with hers when blowing cold air. Chehalis came found the bad part charged her a fair price and now her heat works as should. I'll never go anywhere else. Thanks 😊
A#1 from start to finish. I got 5 estimates and went with CSM. They were the 2nd cheapest and provided a top-rated ducted split system heat pump. The salesman was patient and helpful with follow-up questions. The installation team was great from the crawl space guy through the interior cabinet builders. The electrician was efficient and helpful to the team. I'm most impressed with the quality installation of the air handler (it was a tight space) and with the clean install of the outside unit.
